Another one for September 10′s Frankfurt motor show is the Suzuki iV-4 concept, which gets teased here. The concept heralds a compact SUV from Suzuki, and is a preview of the Japanese carmaker’s future SUV design language.
The Suzuki iV-4 concept features a clam-shell bonnet and a front grille that’s divided into five. We can also see spotlights on the roof and big fog lamps/DRLs. The side profile shot reveals a relatively rugged and angular silhouette that’s not unlike that of the Range Rover Evoque.
Reports speculate that this points towards a future Nissan Juke and Peugeot 2008 fighter that’s planned for 2015. The B-segment SUV will be smaller than the Nissan Qashqai-rivalling SX4 S-Cross and will sit on a shortened version of its big sister’s platform.
Whatever it is, we do hope the production car’s going to get bigger wing mirrors than that!
