That's why the company has launched a "Kitchen Edition" of the slate, aimed at nerds who know what a ramekin is. Unlike the regular version, this bork-tastic device comes with a book-style stand, pre-loaded recipes from Saveur magazine and an iGrill digital wireless meat thermometer.
